August 9, 2006 Meals and Workout

Meal 1: Slept in

Meal 2: protein Shake

Meal 3: Small togo's turkey sandwich, whole wheat roll, mayo, mustard, lettuce, pickles, tomato w/ Apple and bottle of sobe lean

Meal 4: green salad w/ half sliced turkey breast, vinegret dressing

Water and Vitamins

Not sure how I came across your blog but I'm glad I did. Congrats on everything you've accomplished so far.

It's those little things that make such a bigger difference - the picking up the coin is a prime example! Keep it up. I'll definatley be checking in to see how you're doing! As someone who needs to lose more than a few pounds myself, I could certainly use the inspiration!
