August 7, 2006 Meals and Workout

Meal 1: protine shake

Meal 2: small bag of peanut, rasin,sunflowersead sun flowerseed trail mix (bottle of sobe lean)

Meal 3: Turkey sandwich, w whole wheat bread, lettuce and tomato, mayo and mustard and an apple

Meal 4: Grilled, chicken breast sandwich, white bun, w, lettuce, mayo and mustard

Water and vitamins

Workout:

Treadmill: 45 min

Bench Press: 3 sets 12 reps 135lbs

Crunches: 5 sets 20 reps w/ 35 lb plate on chest
