Sort it out. Don't give in now.
hugbert! You Got It! No worries my friend and I don't know the meaning of "giving in". :)
I won't even mention what rubbish I ate yesterday, but well done for not going completely bonkers *l*. now for correcting what you did, mistur! *looking around and notices the shortbread HE brought home and tries to pretend its NOT there* *gulp*
if you don't give in once in a while (as long as it remains once in a while), you'll go nuts and completely fall off. you're still doing fine, judging be most of the other meals.
long as you're still on now, no worries at all. keep it up man.
btw - for me, weight loss at -11 lbs. in 6 weeks. rock. couldn't be where i am without your inspiration. its true. thank you.
11 down, 23 to go.
Don't beat yourself up too much about it - tomorrow's another day. Not to make excuses, but at least be proud of the fact that, in the past, that cheeseburger would have been chased by fries and a pizza!
You're doing great and continue to inspire us!
Enjoyed a lot! »
