July 28, 2006 meals and Workout

Meal 1: out of protein powder (note to self: pick some up) Toast w/ peanutbutter and 1 apple

Meal 2: turkey sandwich (home) 2 slices of wheat bread fresh spinach, mustard mayo, apple

Meal 3: Chicken breast, small green salad, whole wheat noodles w/ marinara sauce

Meal 4: no meal went to movies and had small popcorn w/ a little drizzle of butter flavored food stuffs and sobe lean (ok not good but...good! if you know what I mean) ;)

Water and Vitamins (almost out: Note to self post review and contact ryan at naturegreens)

Workout:

Treadmill: 30 min

Crunches: 3 sets 20 reps
