July 26, 2006 meals and Workout

Meal 1: Slept in

Meal 2: no meal had to fast 12 hours so That I could go to the Lab for routine blood tests

Meal 3: Protein Shake, 1 apple, peanutbutter sandwich

Meal 4: Large Togo's Turkey Sandwich (normal config) (bottle of sobe)

Water and Vitamins

Workout:

Treadmill 30 min
incline crunches: 3 sets 20 reps
