July 23, 2006 Meals

Meal 1: Slept in again (finally sleeping)

Meal 2: Protein Shake, Peanut butter on whole wheat bread and 1 apple

Meal 3: Chicken Breast Sandwich on Wheat bread w. small garden salad and Itallian dressing

Meal 4: Regular Togo's Turkey Sandwich on Whole Wheat roll w/ mustard and mayo, lettuce and pickles (sobe lean)

Water and Vitamins
