July 19, 2006 Meals

Meal 1: Protein shake

Meal 2: Peanutbutter sandwich on whole wheat bread and 1 apple

Meal 3: Large Togo's Turkey sandwich on whole wheat roll w/ lettuce, pickles, mustard and mayo (bottle of sobe lean)

Meal 4: Turkey sandwich on 2 slices of whole wheat bread w/ fresh spinich, mayo and mustard and 1 apple
