Meal 1: Protein Shake
Meal 2:Apple
Meal 3: Turkey Sandwich w/ lettuce, mustard and mayo on Whole Wheat, bowl of cubed watermellon
Meal 4: Chicken breast Sandwich on whole Wheat Bun, lettuce mustard, mayo
I know I knwo but it was sooo flippin hot out today that I couldn't eat a thing

Workout:
Treadmill 30 minutes
Crunches on a incline : 5 sets of20
