Meal 1: Protein Shake
Meal 2: Turkey Sandwich on Whole Wheat Bread w/ mayo, mustard, fresh spinich and 1 Apple
Meal 3: took a nap in the mid afternoon
Meal 4: Chicken and Broccoli over steamed rice
Water and Vitamins

When's your next weigh-in? You are doing great! I am really impressed with how well you are sticking to your diet.
Next weigh in won't be for a little while. I'm having trouble finding an accurate scale at the moment since finding out that the originall scale I was useing was had a plus or minus error rate of 10% after 500 lbs. So I'll decided to just lose the as much weigh as I can then weigh myself later and go from their. I may also be posting measurements in the mean time!
Thanks for the comment! The diet's not that hard really, it's more metting myself to the gym...I grumble on the way in but I do fel better as soon as I'm in it!
