I'm off to try to sleep.
You ever wake up in the morning, look into the mirror and say to yourself, "if only I didn't weigh 520 pounds"? Anyone? No? Damn, I guess it's only me! Well that was yesterday and today I'm ready to make a change! Through this Blog I seek to chronicle my journey from fat to fit. From huge to healthy! During this time I hope to raise awareness as well as $50,000 for Diabetes Research. So, please read, respond or donate as you are able and maybe we can all get up and get there together.

i wish i had some sort of wise thing to say in response to your insomnia... some sort of great easy remedy to get you to sleep (though somebody probably will). here's hoping that something changes for you for the better.
ive been sleeping alright as of late, however, my first baby is due to be born in less than a month... so im just trying to sleep now while i can... but after that, i too will have bloodshot eyes and such...
anyway, do you think your insomnia could be caused by some sort of caffeine withdrawl?

Good luck Sean! I have sleeping issues to and am taking part in a sleeping disorder study this Sunday. Too bad those darned cats have taken over the house. It would be much better to hang out with T in the evening to chat and watch TV, and then only retire to your room to sleep. They say that you program your body to know that when you go to your room, get into bed and turn out the lights that it's sleep time.
