Meal 1: Soy Shake

Meal 2: Chinese food/ Sesame Chicken over rice w/ Steamed broccoli

Meal 3: Turkey sandwich on Whole Wheat bread w/ mayo and mustard and fresh spinich and 1 apple

Meal 4: 3 celery stalks w/ peanut butter

Water and Vitamins
