July 14, 2006 meals and Workout

Meal 1: Protein Shake

Meal 2: Sliced turkey on a garden salad w/ Italian dressing from the lunch truck

Meal 3: Half of a Large Togo's Turkey Sandwich Wheat, Mustard, Mayo, lettuce, pickles, tomato

Meal 4: 2nd half of togo's sandwich and 1 large apple

Water and Vitamins

Workout:

Ankle felt a little better so I went in for,
Treadmill 20 min
70 crunches on an incline bench (35 with 25 pound weight pressed to alternating knee on each crunch)

hey man - i just wanted to say good for you and i'm really proud of how healthy you are eating and your devotion to working on exercise. i have a problem with overeating so seeing how healthy and consistant your diet it is really motivating. best wishes!
