I think I saw the sand man...

I have a feeling that if I act right now I may be able to catch that old sand man and get some much needed sleep...so I'm gonna do that.
G-night ya'll! Sweet dreams...w/ splenda for those of us with the diabetes!

ohh, man here's hopin you get some sleep...

if not... i dont know how your trainer would feel about it, but sometimes a light snack before bed can help knock me out... not necessarily the best time to eat, but considering how much you've restricted your calories, a couple slices of deli turkey or something before bed certainly wouldn't hurt...

i dunno, just a thought.

sorry bout the insomnia buddy. I've had problems with that my whole life and nothing seems to work...cept for benedryl. I've got a slight allergy to my landladies cats (sometimes two problems cancel each other out)

about your heel pain. I don't remember if you talked about this, but have you tried wearing different shoes? sometimes that's all it takes.

Maybe some sort of protein or amino acid supplement that has a solid hit of L-Tryptophan. It's the same stuff in turkey that makes you sleepy after the big Thanksgiving dinner, and I know I get drowsy after a supplement with a lot of Tryptophan in it.

I also find a good protein shake a few hours before bed settles my stomach well too. I've cut way back on the antacids before bed as a result.

Hey!!!! Long time buddy!

Just say no to Splenda :)

You might think I'm nutz (and I might be) but I think you're eating too many processed meats. That's A FREAKING LOT of sodium and some crap your body would do well without.

Visit me. I'll post some awesome vegetarian recipes that you would LOVE.
