July 20, 2006 Meals and workout

Meal 1: Protein Shake

Meal 2: Turkey Sandwich on whole wheat bread w/ fresh spinach/ mayo and mustard and 1 apple

Meal 3: Chicken breast sandwich on whole wheat bun, mayo, mustard, lettuce and garden salad

Meal 4: Peanutbutter sandwich on whole wheat bread and 1 apple

water and vitamns


Work out:
series 1:
Boxing while holding resistance rope following trainer from side to side: 3 sets 1 minute

Free squats, squating enough to touch an upright dumbell set between my legs: 3 sets 20 rebs

series 2:

standing one arm rows/ pulling from elevated incline: 120lbs 3 sets 10 reps each arm

Inclined crunches side to side and lifting each knee while holding out 10lbs weight: 3 sets 10 reps each

treadmill: 15 min
