August 2, 2006 Meals and Workout

Meal 1: Protein Shake

Meal 2: Chicken breast sandwich on whole wheat roll, lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard

Meal 3: Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, fresh spinich, mayo and mustard, 1 apple

Meal 4:(went out) garden salad with 1/2 chicken breast, tomato, onions, feta cheese, italian dressing

water and vitamins (minus Nature greens which I'm out of and will post review of tomorrow)


No trainer today

Treadmill 45 minutes

Crunches (100) 5 sets of 20 reps holding a 35 pound plate to my chest
