I don't know about you, but right now my biggest diet problem is getting enough calories. Because my good eating habits have actually become plain old habits, I'm frequently not getting sufficient calories in a given day.

Have you had this problem, Sean? Or are you not watching actual calories in that sense?

Candy: I hate to get everyone's hopes up. It seems like I'm gonna be that unlucky guy that has to work out hard for several months before I see serious results. I'm gathering the info and some pictures and I will post them on Thursday...
Just one more day and then I'll get in gear and start posting daily again. I just needed a bit of a break from the day to day.

Phatty: Hey thanks a lot! That means a lot to me. Stick around cause I'm back to posting regularly again after a little break and I'll be making an indepth post about my progress on Thursday and as soon as I get through this slow patch things should get interesting!

The eye: I promise you only have to wait until Thursday and I'm off that day so I'll get up and go weigh myself then come home and post so I won't keep everyone waiting too long. :0)

Just understand that things aren't going to be as dramatic as one might expect. As tired as I am of having to justify my numbers through calculations based on lean and fat body mass blah-blah-blah...Things are just really going slowly and as sucky as it is I just have to stick it out until my metabolism gets its head out of its arse and lets me shed some serious fat. But no matter all of that I'm here and I'm not going anywhere... But damn man when this thing starts to kick off this blog will be a whole lot of fun (not that it isn't now but I'm excited about the future)
Thanks for sticking with me man!

Roy: YES! you said it exactly and I've posted about it and a soon as I can get my big butt to the store I'm going to try a few new things with my diet...September ought to be interesting. I plan to add a lot more produce and try to get back to more natural insetad of processed meats and foods. We'll see how it goes and if it has an effect.

Something's got to change soon though because I've been at this for 3 months and though I feel more fit the fat is not comming off as quickly as I had expected (however the trade off is that I've built a lot of muscle and that goes a long way)
