August 23, 2006 Meals and Workout

Woke up pretty late so I only got 2 meals in today. Joping to do better tomorrow as i plan to force myself to get up by 8am.

Meal 3: chicken breast sandwich, whole wheat roll, lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard, bottle sobe lean

Meal 4: chicken, rice, bean burrito w/ hand full of corn chips and salsa

Water and vitamins


30min on treadmill

Crunches: 3 sets 20 reps w/ 45 lb weight plate

Bench Presses: 3 sets 12 reps 135 lbs

Rows: 3 sets 15 reps 150lbs
