August 11, 2006 Meals and Workout

Meal 1: again slept through

Meal 2: protein shake

Meal 3: turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread w/ watermellon cubes

Meal 4: large turkey sandwich from Togo's on whole wheat roll, bottle of sobe lean, apple

Went to the movies, had a small popcorn no butter

water and vitamins

workout:
(trainer out of town until a week from this coming tuesday so I'm on my own for a while)

Treadmill: 45min

Crunches: 5 sets 20 reps w/ 35 lbs of extra weight

Seated Presses: w/ 135lbs: 3 sets 12 reps

Lounged in the pool for 2 hours

Rrrrrrrr! (brake sounds) I was reading through this and was ready to go on to the next one when something triggered me to slam on my brakes!!!!!! It must have been the "lounged in the pool for 2 hours" part. I quickly started going back to see what I had missed - - when the heck did Sean get into the pool! From what I can tell this was the first time! How was the water my friend? (P.S. You'll do great while your trainer is on because you know your routine.) KA
