June 26, 2006 meals and workout

Meal 1: Protine shake

Meal 2: peanut butter and 2 slices of wheat bread, 2 small apples

Meal 3: Togo's Turkey sandwich (same congifuration) on wheat

Meal 4: bowl hearty chicken soup w/ veg and 2 slices of wheat toast

Water, Vitamins
