July 2, 2006 meals

Meal 1: Protine shake w/ soy milk: 110 calories/ 25 grams of protein

Meal 2: Small Togo's turkey Sandwich on Wheat roll w/ mustard and lettuce: 600 calories

Meal 3 & 4: went out to Chevy's had Chicken Burrito (tortilla, black beans, lettuce, salsa)
Small Garden Salad w/ Salsa vinegrette dressing and a side of beans w/ rice: aprox 900 caories

Total calories: 1610

Water and Vitamins

20 min walk brisk around neighborhood
