June 28, 2006 meals

Meal 1: it's hopeless

Meal 2: KFC grilled chicken Salad w/ italian dressing (lettuce, tomato, grilled chicken)

Meal 3: Chicken burrito (tortilla, chicken, salsa, lettuce) cup of black beans and scoop of rice

Meal 4: unknown/ I may have the left over chicken burrito that I took home from the restaruant

Vitamins and Water (started mew vitamins today/ will go into detail in tomorrow's post)

no work out today

Come on man, hang in there.

You've gotta step it up a notch to see some progress... I'm down 15lbs in the last 3 months... I just don't put so much emphasis on meals, cut down on snacking, and thats about it...

I don't know that there's a need to step it up just yet. My trainer increases the intensity of my workouts each time if that's what you mean. If you mean with the food. I'm getting around 2000 calories or a little less every day while I'mallowed 2600. to just maintain my weight I would have to eat well over 5000 calories a day. The reason I keep posting my meals is because I said I would and it's easier to do it here thanto bring it to my trainer every workout and I like seing a record of what I've eaten and a few people have expressed that they do too. I'm also in the gym 4 to 5 days a week so things are just fine. As for snacks...I rarely snack anymore. and when i do I post it here.

Congrats on your loss that's great! I lost 8 lbs of fat my first two weeks but gained 9 lbs of muscle...it looks like we're both on track!

Thanks for keeping us posted on your eating habits. . . dude you are eating better than I right now. Are you feeling hungry at all during the day? And how does the food taste. . . I mean is it scrumpcious or just chillin'

Hey I get petty hungry at times but i deal pretty well. and the food is good when I eat...seriously. It's nothing elaborate as you can see but i do enyoy it.
