Meal 1: Soy Protine shake w/ 8oz of soy milk
Meal 2: Peanut Butter sandwich on 2 slices of wheat bread and 2 small apples
Meal 3: Small Togo's Turkey Sandwich w/ extra turkey, on Whole Wheat bread, mustard, lettuce and pickles, 20oz bottle of diet lipton iced tea
Meal 4: nothing
Water and Vitamins (please see following post)
